Manufacturing Steps & Demolding Methods
Manufacturing Steps
Apply Release Agent: Coat the inside of the mold with a release agent or machine oil.
Pour Concrete: Add well-mixed concrete (ratio: 1 part cement : 2 parts sand : 3 parts small stones).
Vibrate & Level: Place the oiled mold on a vibrating platform for 10 seconds. Then, smooth the top to remove air bubbles inside the concrete. (Add steel bars if needed to increase load-bearing capacity.)
Cure the Concrete: Place the mold on a flat surface to cure. In summer, it takes 1–2 days; in winter, 2–3 days. Cover it with a layer of plastic film to prevent wind cracking. Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
Demolding Methods
Best Time to Demold: It’s best to demold outdoors after 9 AM. Use a rubber mallet to gently tap the edges a few times.
Post-Demolding Care: Place the finished product in a shaded, cool area. Spray water on it 3–8 times.
Clean the Mold: Clean the plastic mold using concentrated hydrochloric acid. Apply the acid to the inside of the mold with a brush, then rinse with clean water.
